- Please refrain from using the slippers in your room at the swimming pool.
- Slippers and shoes other than water shoes are not allowed.
- Swim tubes may be used in the kids’ pool only.
- Children must be accompanied by adults when using the adult pool.
- Infants and toddlers are allowed in the kids’ pool only for water quality and safety purposes (swimming diapers required).
- Easily breakable objects, including things made of glass, are not allowed at the swimming pool.
- Guests affected by infectious diseases such as eye disease and skin disease, are restricted from entering the facility.
- The facility may be closed temporarily in the event of heavy rain accompanied by thunder, lightning for the safety of our customers, in which case tickets will not be refunded (re-admission allowed on the same day or the next day).
